The objectives of the project including:

 Mitigate GHG emissions arising from deforestation, forest degradation, agricultural encroachment.
 Fortify the carbon sequestration prowess of forests via their meticulous conservation and sustainable management.
 The Project aligns seamlessly with Papua New Guinea's climate imperatives and lends significant support to the international struggle to curtail climate change.
Community:
 Augment the income streams of customary landowners and community residents.
 Reinforce educational facilities, healthcare provisions, and infrastructural amenities within the community.
 Safeguard the vested rights and interests of traditional landowners and indigenous communities. In tandem, ensuring their preservation and perpetuation.
Biodiversity:
 Shield wildlife habitats from the scourge of destruction. In this way, species diversity can be safeguarded and ecological equilibrium can be maintained.
 Uphold the structural integrity of forest ecosystems, augment their stability and resilience to external perturbations.
