The Corporate Services Division manages the internal operations of CCDA, including Finance, Human Resources, and Information & Communication Technology (ICT). The division ensures efficient service delivery aligned with CCDA’s Corporate and Annual Operational Plans.

 

Branch Responsibilities:

  • Finance: Budgeting, financial controls, and reporting.
  • HR: Staffing, professional development, and HR policy.
  • ICT: Knowledge management and climate change data systems.

 

Strategic Goals:

  1. Strengthen internal governance systems across finance, HR, and ICT.
  2. Develop and implement operational manuals and policies.
  3. Build national capacity through staff training and development.
  4. Promote gender equality in climate change initiatives.
